We carefully prepare and ship each order to ensure your antique pieces arrive safely. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment is received.

As many items are fragile or require special packing, preparation may take longer. If so, we will notify you.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship using reliable carriers such as e.g., Swiss Post, DHL, UPS, FedEx, depending on destination and item size.

All shipments include tracking, and for higher-value or fragile items, insurance may be required.
3. Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery within Switzerland: 2 business days, after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or local conditions.
4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide unless otherwise stated in the product description. Note, currently we do not ship items to the United States.

Delivery times vary by destination, typically 2–5 weeks depending on location and customs. Customs processing may add delays.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.
5. Packaging

All items are packed with care, using protective materials suited to antiques (bubble wrap, double-boxing, etc.).

For fragile or high-value items, additional packaging and insurance may be applied.
6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of the item.

Some oversized or unusually heavy items may require a custom shipping quote. If so, we will contact you after purchase.
7. Damages During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a refund or other resolution if applicable.
8. Non-Deliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we will refund the item price (excluding shipping) once it is returned in good condition.

Reshipping may be possible at the buyer’s expense.
