Every item in our shop is one-of-a-kind. We take care to describe and photograph each piece accurately so that you know exactly what you are purchasing. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Because antiques and vintage items are unique and may show signs of age, all sales are generally final.

Returns are only accepted if:

The item arrives damaged during shipping, or

The item you received is substantially different from the description or photos provided.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Items

Please note that signs of wear, patina, or small imperfections are part of the history and character of antique pieces and do not qualify as defects or reasons for return.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, and in secure packaging.
3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will cover the purchase price of the item but not shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

As most of our items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer exchanges for the same piece.

You are welcome to make a new purchase from our available collection once a refund is processed.
5. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and adequate insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns if:

The item is returned without prior approval.

The request is made outside the stated timeframe.

The item shows new damage not noted at the time of sale.
